Undamaged products are entitled to a refund within 30 days of receipt of shipment for any reason.
Returns must include the original packaging, all accompanying accessories, user manual, quick start guide, etc.
The 30-day unconditional return and refund policy for scratching posts applies only to items that have not been opened or used.
Returns of scratching posts with open original packaging will not be accepted.
For warranty requests not related to the quality of the product, the shipping costs are borne by the buyer, while brilliantantamis will reimburse the cost of the product itself.
If the product does not meet the above requirements, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to process your return request.
Refund requests for non-quality issues cannot be processed for items beyond the 60 day return period.
